Skilled and highly organised Corporate Legal Secretary is required for a fixed 9 month contract at a top Cardiff firm. Salary up to £20k, pro rata.
The Client: Our client is a high quality Legal 500 law firm that has been established since the late 1990's. The firm provide commercially focused advice on a daily basis from their growing offices in Wales and Southern England.
The Role: Legal Secretaries who have previously worked within a Corporate team and have an RSA qualification are required to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will be working as part of a team, with duties to include: Audio typing of legal documents, taking incoming calls, filing, faxing, diary management, taking minutes, assisting with marketing events, photocopying and all other duties as requested. Candidates should demonstrate excellent typing skills and IT literacy alongside a positive and pro-active attitude.
