If you looking to join a dynamic commercial law firm to develop your career as a corporate lawyer then this could be the role for you. Our client is currently looking to recruit a newly qualified corporate solicitor for the Cambridge office.
The ideal candidate will have trained at a leading commercial law firm and have a solid 6 month seat in corporate law during their training contract. You must also have a strong academic record and have the desire and the ability to process large amounts of complex information quickly. You will work alongside the team advising clients on all types of corporate transaction such as:
*Mergers
*Acquisitions and disposals
*Joint ventures
*Public market work
*Equity financings
*Reorganisations.
You will be offering training and support and an excellent remuneration package.
