With no less than 2 years PQE, both firms are looking for Corporate Lawyers with an excellent background gained with a leading City/Regional heavyweight.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the ability to run deals; effectively interact with clients and prioritise work to fulfill objectives; to work unsupervised and effectively as part of a team.
Both firms offer the complete range of corporate transactions, start-ups, funding, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals. The client base is made up of small to medium sized, privately owned companies and multinational and UK listed companies.
