Cambridgeshire - An exciting opportunity for a corporate lawyer at this gem of a firm in Cambridgeshire. Due to a rapidly increasing workload, there is an immediate need for an experienced assistant to provide further depth and get on the fast track to partnership.
The role itself will be varied and interesting, you will have the chance to really create a role for yourself here. Reporting to head of department, you will be working with the firm's client base that varies from owner managed organisations through to household named blue chip companies. The department have recently been most active in the MBO/MBI market with transactions predominantly around the £5 million to £10 million mark but several deals have exceeded this figure.
The role will require excellent knowledge of corporate finance, corporate commercial, private company share sales and purchases, and intellectual property. The ability to build and maintain client relations is key as is a fresh, humoured and friendly approach to the workplace.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Corporate/Commercial law, ideally with 5+ years PQE with some following and links to the local area.
