Solicitor/Associate - Corporate - Milton Keynes
One of the largest legal firms which is still growing, they currently have 96 partners and in the region of 700 staff. At present they are seeking a Solicitor/Associate in the corporate team.
The national corporate/commercial team comprises of over 70 solicitors with 14 based in the Milton Keynes office.
The team is currently seeking a solicitor with between 0 - 5 years recent and relevant experience or equivalent to undertake work with a range of FTSE 250 clients and other large national clients.
You will be assisting on leading management buy-outs/buy-ins, reorganisations, company and business sale and purchases.
