This large Corporate Team is looking for a solicitor to undertake general corporate work with a range of FTSE 250 clients and other large national and local clients. The work will include assisting on and leading MBO's and MBI's, company and business sales and purchases and reorganisations. Great supervision within a supportive team environment.
Ideally applicants will have relevant experience gained in a City, national or large regional practice. An excellent remuneration package awaits the successful candidate together with a transparent and supported career progression plan.
