The Milton Keynes Corporate team has a vacancy for a solicitor with 3 years plus or equivalent experience. This is an expanding team of 14 in the Milton Keynes department and an overall national corporate/commercial team with over 70 solicitors. You will be undertaking general Corporate work with a range of FTSE 250 clients and other large national and local clients. You will be assisting on and leading management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases and reorganisations. The ideal candidates will have relevant experience gained in a city, national or large regional practice.
