A Milton Keynes Corporate department is currently seeking a skilled Solicitor with 3-5yrs PQE, to help provide an efficient and confident service. Salary up to £60k.

The Role: The Corporate Team is looking for a skilled Solicitor with between 3-5 yrs pqe or equivalent to undertake general Corporate work with a range of FTSE 250 clients and other large national and local clients. The work will include assisting on and leading management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases and reorganisations. Candidates are expected to have undertaken a similar role and be able to manage their own caseload effectively and efficiently.
An excellent remuneration package awaits the successful candidate together with a transparent and supported career progression plan. Salary up to £60k, to vary depending upon experience
