Our client is looking for a solicitor of upwards of 2 years post-qualifcation experience to undertake a range of general corporate work with a multitude of clients from FTSE listed companies to large national and local clients. The team comprises a wealth of experience and is partner led. You should have relevant expererience gained within a strong regional or city firm and be an aspiring associate or an associate ready to take the next move up in your career. The work includes assisting on and leading management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases and reorganisations. A fantastic remuneration package can be negotiated along with a clear career progression plan.
