Our client currently seeks a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Corporate Finance Team based in Bristol.
Our client's team undertakes a varied caseload of quality deals for a broad base of clients including major names in the Bristol region and beyond.
The successful candidate will be working on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, disposals, join ventures and shareholder arrangements. You will instantly have hands on contact with blue chip clients.
Ideally you will have completed a seat in Corporate Finance or Banking but more important is the ability to apply common sense and have a proactive attitude to work, particularly in seeing projects through to completion.
