Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000
A newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor position has become available within a leading law firm (top 50). This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career within a top 500 firm.
You will have the opportunity to work with broad range of clients including major names in the Bristol region and beyond. While you will be working with a client base you will be expected to grow your portfolio with full support of Partners and Associates.
Cases will include corporate finance, joint ventures, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital
The corporate group also support clients on a day-to-day basis with advice on statutory and regulatory compliance, governance and a host of other business issues.
