An organised Corporate Solicitor (NQ+) is needed for a top Bristol law firm. Salary up to £35k.

The Role: Newly qualified and above Solicitors ideally with experience or an enthusiasm for Corporate law are required for this growing team. The successful candidate will be supporting the department by helping to provide a full service to Corporate and business clients, ranging from emerging enterprises to multi-national corporations. The team covers the whole range of corporate finance work which will give the successful candidate a varied workload, including: Mergers & Acquisitions, Takeovers, Flotations and equity financings, Private equity, Joint ventures, Investment funds and financial services. Candidates must have a strong academic background and previous experience of working for a top 50 Law firm.
