Corporate Solicitor - Bristol - Leading Firm!
Our client is a leading regional firm, with other offices throughout Europe housing approximately 1000 staff.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join their Corporate team based in Bristol.
For this role, our client will consider newly qualified Solicitors with a city or large regional firm training together with good academic background.
Flexibility of approach, teamwork, dedication and enthusiasm are essential
The successful candidate must be client focused and have the ability to deliver practical commercial solutions with a "hands-on" and "can-do" approach.
You will be expected to possess good mainstream M & A or private Equity experience, public company and equity markets experience, preferably having acted for both corporate and institutional clients.
The successful candidate must be confident in working independently both within and across teams, be keen to be involved in business development activities and committed to working in the Bristol area. The role will receive work from Associates and Partners within the team.
