CORPORATE SOLICITOR - AVON
We are seeking talented Corporate Solicitors to join our team. The successful candidates must be client focused and have the ability to deliver practical commercial solutions with a "hands-on" and "can-do" approach. There are two roles in this department. Candidates will be expected to possess good mainstream M & A or Private Equity experience, public company and equity markets experience, preferably having acted for both corporate and institutional clients. A city or large regional firm training together with good academic background, flexibility of approach, teamwork, dedication and enthusiasm are all essential.
The successful candidates must be confident in working independently both within and across teams, be keen to be involved in business development activities and committed to working in the area. The roles will receive work from Associates and Partners within the team.
