Fantastic Bristol based Corporate Paralegal role paying up to £30k. Relocation allowance available.
Applications are invited from Corporate Paralegals currently working in top UK law environment. Candidates should be able to hit the ground running in a busy Corporate team & will boast solid experience within a core Corporate environment. The purpose of the post is to support a busy Corporate team and supervise less experience lawyers and trainee solicitors when appropriate. Daily duties will include all aspects of due diligence;verification;setting up, indexing and managing data rooms. The successful applicant will possess strong drafting skills which will be employed drafting transaction documentation & disclosure bundles.
Our client is seeking lawyers who are highly organised and fully understand the structure of a corporate transaction, requiring very little technical training from day one.
Salary within this top level Bristol based legal environment is to £30k with excellent benefits including possible relocation allowance & up to 28 days holiday, health care.
