Corporate Lawyer
Bristol
Our client is in need of a Corporate Lawyer to support Plc Corporate Partner in the development and growth of the plc practice. You will add critical mass and additional support to the Plc Corporate Partner and assist with general corporate work as well.
Candidates must be a qualified solicitor wishing, and with appropriate experience, to specialise in all aspects of corporate plc advice including equity capital markets work as well as general corporate finance work.
Candidates will need to have been trained with a city or recognised regional firm with an equity capital markets practice.
Should be personable and able to manage their own matters (under supervision) with a desire to be involved in marketing. This may require someone with circa 2 years PQE.
It is essential that candidates are able to advocate and present orally when required and can conduct effective case and transaction management.
