Corporate Lawyer Birmingham Our client, a leading Midlands practice are seeking to bolster their coporate offer by hiring a further individual with knowledge of the Midlands market and a broad base of corporate skills. The team act for a range of private and public entities ranging from OMB's/SME's to large national and international corporates. Fully supported by both banking and general commercial expertise the corporate team advise on acquisitons and disposals, reorganisations/reconstructions and capital and equity structuring. They work proactively with their clients across a range of industry sectors. The ideal individual will be looking for an opportunity to be a big fish in small pond and will enjoy a client facing role which will provide management, partnerhsip and extensive business development opportunities.
