EXPERIENCED CORPORATE SOLICITOR - BIRMINGHAM £50k - £60k - excellent benefits Excellent opportunity to join a market leading firm at an exciting time of growth You will have some experience advising some of the UK's leading Healthcare corporations A strong Corporate understanding is required for this position, you will have stand alone experience dealing with - · Joint ventures · Corporate governance · Formation and setting up of Healthcare businesses in the UK · Limited liability partnerships · Corporate acquisitions and disposals · Acquisition and development finance · Company structuring and re-organisations · Management structures and corporate services including outsourcing This is an exciting forward career move for the right applicant.
