CORPORATE TAX SOLICITOR - BIRMINGHAM Prominent and successful Midlands law firm seeks Corporate Tax Solicitor (mid level to associate level - 3+PQE) to join team, working on a wide range of corporate, property and commercial tax matters for clients ranging from owner managed businesses to FTSE 100 companies. The team advises businesses how to carry out transactions or incentivise staff in a tax efficient way - thus protecting investment. It advises families on protecting their assets, and by minimising tax, helping to preserve wealth. The team provides highly advanced advice on trusts and their use, whether for reasons of tax, asset preservation or succession. Finally, the team advises charities and not-for-profit organisations on all relevant aspects of charity and constitutional law and regulation. Excellent opportunity with good salary and benefits package.
