CORPORATE TAX LAWYER - BIRMINGHAM
We are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Tax lawyer with 3+ years' post qualification experience to join our Birmingham Tax Group. The ideal candidate will have mainstream corporate tax experience (M&A, venture capital, company reconstructions, inward investment) together with property tax (SDLT, VAT planning, development and investment structures) public/private structures and management taxation. They will work with all types of our clients plcs, foreign controlled companies, venture capital houses, public sector bodies and be involved in the size and depth of London quality work.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
