One of the biggest and most successful law firms in the UK is currently seeking a Corporate Tax Lawyer with 3 years + PQE to join their Birmingham Tax Team. Our client is an international law firm with over 280 partners and a total of 1000 lawyers world-wide, providing a full range of corporate and commercial services. This firm ranks amongst the top 100 law firms globally.

The ideal candidate will have mainstream corporate tax experience, together with property tax, public/private structures and management taxation. They will work with all types of clients – plcs, foreign controlled companies, venture capital houses, public sector bodies and be involved in the size and depth of London quality work.

The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in a City firm of large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
