This national tax team is very respected and provides tax consultancy advice on corporate structures and transactions. They regularly work for listed companies, foreign owned companies, institutional investors and banks in maximising the tax effectiveness of all types of commercial transactions.
You will have mainstream corporate tax experience (M&A, venture capital, company reconstructions, inward investment) together with property tax (SDLT, VAT planning, development and investment structures) public/private structures and management taxation. Your experience will ideally have been gained in a City firm or large regional practice.
