Varied transactional work of eye-catching quality, a fantastic award-winning environment with a flexible, client and career oriented L500 firm.
Our client is a Legal 500 rated commercial firm with a prominent national profile and one of the best corporate practices in the Midlands.
Buoyed by recent blue chip client panel wins, this corporate team goes from strength to strength. To cope with client demand, the firm now seeks to hire a further assistant solicitor to work in their supportive and successful Birmingham team alongside two highly motivating, approachable partners.
You won't have a compartmentalised caseload and you will handle the full gambit of corporate finance work including M&As, JVs, MBO/MBIs and other transactional matters for major clients across the UK. Clients include household names in the retail, technology, health and logistics sectors.
Exceptional career move which would suit an ambitious junior assistant seeking greater involvement or a more experienced lawyer keen to embrace a more autonomous, client facing role.
