One of the biggest and best in the regions, this national firm's Birmingham corporate team acts on transactions locally, nationally and internationally handling the full gamut of transactional and advisory work including acquisitions and disposals, mergers, flotations takeovers and private equity financings.

Somewhat bucking the trend in the current market, due to consistent growth in demand for their services, our client seeks an additional assistant solicitor with good quality corporate experience gained with a recognised City or regional firm to join their team.

You can expect to be exposed to a broad range of high quality work, managing smaller transactions and playing a substantial role in larger transactions under the supervision of a senior lawyer/partner. The team enjoys an excellent working environment with a sense of unity and shared purpose but also a real sense of fun. There are genuine opportunities for career progression as the team has room for additional associate promotions in the near future.
