Looking for a Corporate solicitor to work primarily under a Partner/ Associate in the Corporate team in Birmingham office. This will be an opportunity for the solicitor to experience a variety of corporate work
The successful candidate will have been well trained and supervised and will have dealt with good quality corporate work, whether this comprises M&A, private equity or PLC work.
