Due to the continued growth of our client’s Corporate practice the firm are now seeking a 2 ~ 3 year PQE or equivalent Corporate Solicitor. The role is based in Birmingham and is a full time post. The successful candidate will have a background and interest in the charity/social housing and not for profit sector. You will provide a comprehensive service to registered social landlords, charities as well as the not for profit sector clients. The work involves group structures, mergers, rule changes, charitable formation/conversions and company law advice. You will also be involved with stock transfer and PFI projects. A superb remuneration package awaits the right applicant.
