Our client is a leading commercial firm with an excellent corporate finance team, handling the full range of transactional and advisory matters including M&A, JV, MBOs and MBIs for a diverse UK and international client base. The firm is listed by independent directories as one of the leading corporate firms in the Midlands - handling deals worth in excess of £1billion in 2007.
Qualifying this year, you'll be a bright, commercially minded NQ keen to join a dedicated corporate team based in Birmingham. Here, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience, get involved with deals from the outset and advise your clients within a supportive team orientated unit. The team is friendly, inclusive and led by two respected and well-liked partners.
The firm would be keen to talk to ambitious NQs who have ideally completed at least one corporate seat with a recognised regional or City firm. You can expect a market leading package, an excellent breadth of work and clear opportunities to progress.
