A committed and reliable Legal Secretary with Corporate law experience is currently required for an excellent law firm in Birmingham. Salary up to £19k.
The Client: Our client has a strong Midlands presence and has been building up the firm for many years and now uphold a national reputation for their expertise. Over 170 staff and four offices ensures our client is steadily expanding and developing in order to meet the needs of their clients.
The Role: Applications are currently being welcomed from experienced Legal Secretaries who have ideally worked within Corporate law for a minimum of a year or have Conveyancing experience. The successful applicant will be working predominantly for one Partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions division of the Corporate department, candidates will be working as part of team (each with own Fee Earner) using digital dictation. Duties to include: Audio typing of contracts and correspondence, Diary management, handling incoming calls, faxing, filing etc.
This role is suited to candidates who have strong typing skills, friendly attitude and a passion for law. Earn up to £19k.
