CORPORATE LAWYER (x3) - BIRMINGHAM
Top 100 fast growing international firm seek 3 Corporate Lawyers with experience ranging from newly qualified and upwards, to join our Birmingham Corporate Group.
Background
The Birmingham Corporate team is a busy M&A focused group comprising 8 partners and over 20 other lawyers. We advised on 62 transactions with an aggregate deal value of £9.4 billion in 2007 in the Birmingham office. Nationally, we were ranked second for Mid-market Deals (UK up to $100 million) in 2007 and highly placed as advisers to FTSE 250 and AIM clients.
Our Corporate lawyers work with clients at the forefront of their strategic development advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments.
We make it our business to understand the markets our clients are in and their business aspirations and pressures. When a deal needs to be done our Corporate team make it happen.
We specialise in the following areas:
