CORPORATE LAWYER - BIRMINGHAM
We are currently looking to recruit corporate lawyers from 1 year + post qualification experience to join this Corporate Group. The successful candidates will be experienced M&A lawyers with a good academic background from a similar national, large regional or City firm used to handling complex, large scale M&A transactions for listed and unlisted companies and institutional clients. The team is friendly and committed and team players are needed to assist with an increasing workload quality transactional instructions. Our Corporate lawyers work with clients at the forefront of their strategic development advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments. Our detailed knowledge and close working relationships with other professionals enables us to achieve the right structure for deals and to bring together appropriate funders and entrepreneurial investors.
