Our client is a leading commercial practice with offices throughout the UK. An opportunity has arisen for an assistant solicitor to join this corporate team based in Birmingham. The 3 partner team are looking for a solicitor with post qualification experience from a leading corporate practice. The work you will undertake will be varied and will incorporate: * Acquisitions and Disposals * Mergers * MBOs and MBIs * Corporate Finance * Due Diligence Clients of the department range from mid-market to large national publicly listed companies. You will need to have excellent client handling skills as well as strong technical ability. You will also be a enthusiastic team player who will play a key role in the development of the department. In a difficult market this a rare golden opportunity for a corporate lawyer to gain excellent transactional experience.
