Corporate Solicitor / Thames Valley / Leading Regional
Our client is one of the leading and fastest growing legal practices in the UK. They currently have an exciting opportunity in their Thames Valley offices for a Corporate Solicitor.
The successful candidate can look forward to a high quality of work in a team that is attracting city quality work from multi nationals, PLC's and some of the largest national companies.
The successful lawyer will have 1-3 years recent relative experience or equivalent and will enjoy working with a range of FTSE 250 clients and other large national and local clients. The work will involve advising both public and private companies on a range of matters including management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases, reorganisations and regulatory compliance.
The corporate department does merger and acquisition, private equity and stock exchange work. In total they have 70 partners and assistants in seven locations.
The ideal candidate will have trained at a City or leading regional practice and had their final training seat within corporate.
