As part of its continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for a partner, or partner designate, to become part of the well-established and highly-successful Corporate Team.

Based in Reading, the successful candidate will be a Corporate Associate who has hit a glass ceiling or a partner seeking a lateral move, who has experience in general M&A and private equity work.

You must have ambition, drive and an ability to win work. An existing following is NOT a pre-condition but an ability to fit into the existing team and the attributes to build fruitful relationships with clients and intermediaries is.

Together with being part of a substantial team (comprising five partners and 16 lawyers in total) that is key to the strategic growth of the Firm, excellent prospects exist for the right candidate.
