Corporate Solicitor 3-5 PQE - Milton Keynes - salary negotiable
My client a highly regarded and well known law firm with 4 offices across the UK, are looking for a Corporate Solicitor with 3 to 5 years PQE to join their busy department, working with a number of prestigious and well known clients.
The successful applicant will primarily work with a diverse client base which includes owner managed businesses, financial institutions and some of the largest national and international companies based in the UK. This is a challenging role which will result in you working on a varied caseload involving Company/Business Purchases and Disposals (shares and assets), MBOs (including Secondary Buyouts), MBIs and BIMBOs, Venture Capital, acting for investors and management teams, Succession Planning and Equity Releases, Stock Exchange matters, Public Company Takeovers, AIM Flotations and Corporate Tax and Restructuring issues.
