To significantly grow our client’s corporate practice in Madrid they are looking to hire an additional lateral partner or small team move.
The ideal candidate will be a partner focusing on corporate, M&A, joint ventures, private equity and related transaction preferably within another Madrid based law firm. This candidate will be able to originate work within corporate and will have a demonstrable track record of generating new business, bringing transactions to a successful completion and building long term relationships with clients. They will have a portable practice which will equate to at least £1m and our client would consider appointing an entire team.
