An excellent opportunity for a FILEX, Newly Qualified or CLC Fee Earner with a residential Conveyancing background has arisen at an excellent law firm in Sheffield. Salary up to £35k.
The Client: Our Client has been established for over 200 years and in that time has built many long standing relationships with their Clients and are well known for their commitment to their Client. As a solicitors they are a leading firm situated in South Yorkshire with offices distributed throughout the heart of Sheffield.
The Role: Candidates are required to be FILEX, NQ or CLC qualified and have previous working experience of the Residential Conveyancing process. The role will involve general Residential Conveyancing work including sales and purchase of leasehold and freehold and will also involve a number of currency remortgages for private banks. Candidates will be required to liaise daily with Clients and Colleagues and therefore must be able to work successfully as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
IT Competence and excellent time management and organisational skills are essential to the success of this role.
