RE-MORTGAGE CASE MANAGER – LEEDS - £16,000
Following increased workloads within our Leeds city centre offices Remortgage department, 2 vacancies have arisen for Case Managers.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will become involved in a wide variety of tasks, from updating customers on the progress of their case, to dealing with incoming correspondence and handling all aspects of the completion process. Excellent communication skills, a commitment to good customer service and the ability to work to tight deadlines are essential. You must also be a strong team player, who is prepared to take ownership of issues and support their colleagues in a busy, volume-processing environment.
These roles are to join a newly established team and require proven experience of managing a full caseload of pre-completion files.
