An organised and structured Team Leader with sound Conveyancing experience is currently required for the Title Defects team of a reputable firm in Bradford. Salary up to £26k.
The Client: The Title Defects team currently has a vacancy for a Team Manager based in their Bradford office, the team deal primarily with rectifying defects in Conveyancing transactions completed by third parties. The successful candidate must be able to satisfy the following criteria: Be able to provide a professional and effective expert Conveyancing service to volume commercial clients, Have extensive Conveyancing experienceand be able to demonstrate team manager competencies.
Candidates must be able to demostrate good keyboard skills, basic computer literacy, strong communication skills and good letter writing skills.
An excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop and earn a salary of up to £26k.
