A Bradford firm is seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their sales and purchases department. Salary up to £20.5k.
The Role: Our client is seeking skilled Fee Earners who have good working knowledge of Conveyancing law. The successful candidate will be required to: Ensure post is actioned, Deal with outgoing correspondence,Advise clients, Provide advice and assistance to colleagues, Manage own caseload, Make a positive contribution to the team and the business as a whole, Work to set targets, exchange contracts, check title, prepare for and complete completions, attending team meetings etc.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have sound Conveyancing knowledge and have previous experience of managing their own caseload successfully.
Salary of up to £20.5k for the right candidate.
