Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Property Solicitor or Residential Conveyancer on behalf of this well known Legal 500 client
Situated in the Gloustershire Area for over 100 years, our client has an enviable reputation in the marketplace due to their high level of customer service, legal reputation and local following.
This opportunity exists for either a Residential Property Solicitor or Residential Conveyancer with experience dealing in high net worth clients who is highly organised and extremely proficient working with deadlines. Working within a small team the applicant will have an autonomous role working on a diverse range of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold transactions.
This position and would suit a Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer or a FILEX who is currently commuting from Gloucestershire to London (or visa versa) and would appreciate a better life/work balance.
Salary: Up to £28,000.00 (Negotiable depending upon experience)
Benefits: Medical health scheme, 24 days holiday, and a contributory pension scheme.
