CONVEYANCING FEE EARNER - SOUTH YORKSHIRE
Growing city centre firm seeks Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor, Legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to undertake a range of non-contentious property related work including Residential sale and purchase transactions, Residential property remortgages. transfers and gifts of residential properties and HIPs, as well as other conveyancing work and helping to expand existing client base. Dealing with clients in person and on the telephone, financial control for own work, correspondence, contributing to marketing, complying with SARs and keeping traiing up to date. Must be able to work on own caseload with minimum supervision, be competent and committed to conveyancing work, able to work on own initiative and with other team members under pressure and demonstrate a high standard of client care, have good organisation and time management skills and competent IT skills.
