A successful Gloucester based firm is currently seeking Property Litigation Solicitors to help support the team. Salary up to £45k.

The Role: Candidates must be experienced and committed solicitors. Duties will include: Managing own caseload, Carrying out general property litigation primarily for developers but also for private clients: including disputes relating to boundaries, easements, options, conditional land sale agreements, failure to complete purchase of land, defective construction of property, adverse possession, trespass, neighbour disputes, Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes, Small amount of residential Landlord and Tenant disputes, dealing with routine Court applications, not expected to undertake extensive advocacy role.
Candidates will be experienced in Commercial Litigation but not necessarily Property Litigation and have a strong client focussed approach. A positive, flexible attitude and positive relationship building skills are essential along with excellent interpersonal skills
