PLOT SALES PARALEGAL - DORSET
Local leading, progressive and expanding 5 office legal practice has a vacancy for a Plot Sales/Developer Paralegal with Secretarial Skills. Looking for individuals who are self-motivated and have a positive approach towards their job and employer who enjoy working in a challenging, busy and professional environment and who can demonstrate loyalty and commitment to chosen career. This is a responsible and combined secretarial/paralegal role and may suit a former secretary who has successfully progressed to more of a paralegal/Assistant role. The successful candidate will possess fast typing skills and must have previous experience in plot sales and be familiar with Developer clients. This is not a Fee Earning role. The job entails conducting plot sales/developer conveyancing transactions from instruction to post completion under the supervision of a Partner, Audio typing/Word processing, managing client interface and ensuring compliance with Firms Quality Accreditation (Lexcel) – full training given. Must be competent in full conveyancing processes and procedures from instruction to post completion, have previous experience with plot sales/developer clients and have accurate audio typing speed of around 60 wpm and good Microsoft Office skills. Good organisational and communication skills, along with adaptability and flexibility are also desirable.
