An established Plymouth law firm has an opening for a conveyancing assistant to join their New Homes Unit. Your role will involve providing support to the New Homes Unit by carrying out conveyancing related functions allocated to you by your supervisor or the Property Group Unit Leader. You will be required to support your unit with registrations, checking balances on their database with completion statements, drafting letters, filing and photocopying together with any secretarial or administrative support required.
You will need to have a basic knowledge of Conveyancing procedures, to undertake research and produce required reports and the ability to work as part of a team.
