WILLS & PROBATE SOLICITOR - SURREY
Organic growth and demand from clients has led to the emergence of an exciting opportunity within this Surrey firm for the development and promotion of a private client Wills and Probate department. the firm has sufficient resources from their current client base to provide the appropriate candidate with sufficient wills and probate work initially, however some conveyancing experience would be a distinct advantage to support our established conveyancing department on an ad-hoc basis. This role establishing a new wills and probate department is one that requires development, and the person who undertakes this role must be prepared to actively market and bring in new business in conjunction with, and supported by the firm's marketing strategies. Suit a solicitor with 5 years + PQE - a least 2 being within private client law. Some conveyancing experience and IT literacy would be a distinct advantage.
