PROPERTY LITIGATION/INSURANCE LAWYER - KENT
Leading Insurance Litigation firm seeks experienced Property Litigation/Insurance Lawyer for growing team.
The ideal candidate will have
3 years relevant experience in Property Insurance.
Strong experience of civil litigation in insurance, to include the ability to demonstrate knowledge of economic loss.
Experience of insurance related property damage in particular fire and flood claims.
Experience of running a mixed value caseload with minimal supervision.
Experience of working in a team environment.
Experience of direct Client communication
The job will include:
Taking a strategic and proactive approach to case handling to include; considering and acting on expert's reports, taking witness statements, instructing and liaising with experts and preparing detailed letters of claim, liaising with insured's and Clients.
Negotiating commercial settlements.
Attending Court as required.
Developing own caseload.
Providing Business Development support to the CCFA and Property Damage Team.
