A progressive Sheffield based law firm is currently seeking an organised ILEX/CLC with Conveyancing experience to join their friendly team. Salary up to £25k.
The Client: Our client is a medium sized progressive law firm that was established over 150 years ago. They provide a tailored service to clients in the Yorkshire region and have won numerous awards for their dedication and commitment to law.
The Role: A qualified ILEX or CLC candidate with previous Conveyancing experience is required for this exciting role The successful candidate will be: Developing and expanding on an existing client bases, liaising with clients, dealing with all correspondence and Undertaking a range of non-contentious property related work including: Residential sale and purchase transactions, Residential property remortgages, Transfers and gifts of residential properties and HIPs. Ideal candidates will be productive and IT competent and hold excellent communication, interaction and time management skills
A varied role which offers good prospects for the right candidate, salary up to £25k.
