An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the Sheffield city centre offices of our well established client.
The role will involve handling a residential property caseload and applicants must be committed to maintaining the highest standards. Duties include:
·Residential sale & purchase transactions
·Re-mortgages
·Transfers and gifts of residential properties
·HIPs
·All other related conveyancing work
The ideal applicant will be a Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with experience working in the areas detailed above. The successful applicant will be able to handle their own caseload working with minimum supervision. An addition an enthusiasm and ability to contribute to the marketing of the department is ideal.
