Landlord and Tenant / Property / Debt Recovery Paralegal Banbury
Our client is one of the largest and best known legal practices in Banbury, they are currently looking for a Paralegal to join them with experience of Residential Landlord and Tenant Work..
Our client acts for some of the countries leading residential property managing agents and major residential developers. The 11 strong team collect arrears on behalf of their clients through correspondence and court proceedings. The arrears are usually service charge and ground rent on residential properties.
The successful candidate will have direct and regular contact with Property Managers at the managing agents and the residential developers. This role conducts negotiations with lessees on behalf of the clients, advising on appropriate settlements and obtaining specialist advice from other departments within the firm where appropriate.
Previous experience of Residential Landlord and Tenant work is essential for this role.
