Residential Property Lawyer to £35,000 – Liverpool. A superb opportunity for an astute, technically strong conveyancer to play a key role in this thriving team. The firm is instructed by commercial referrers, London agents, private individuals and therefore this role provides a diverse range of residential property transactions.
It is essential that you have at least 5 years experience of managing a caseload of sales and purchase, freehold & leasehold, buy to let and investment work. Technical issues often arise requiring a commercial yet pragmatic approach. Equally important are communication and client care skills to provide the level of service demanded.
